Meet Clara :)

She is very spiritual, passionate about dance, art, animals and nature. She participated in many volunteer programs and collaborated with different institutions/communities: homeless, victims of crime, children, elders with alzheimer and dementia… Working as a psychologist is not always easy, so she decided to travel and discover more ways to help others as she began to heal herself. Yoga was her way home.

She first got in touch with yoga when she was 17 years old and at an older age she got deeper in her practices. She did a lot of classes in different places in the world, studied reiki, meditation, art therapy, somatic healing and so much more.

That curiosity to learn more and inspire others led her to share her knowledge by doing women circles, teaching yoga, meditation and start to write these lovely articles. I hope you love it.
