The deeper wisdom.

La Palma, 2021. The Mirrow of the Universe.

As a woman I must say that discovering this connection and inner wisdom brought me more peace. The more I connect deep with, the more I feel that I am finding my true self.

Although be aware that every time can be challenging and each woman can experience it in a different way. Be open to embrace it as we dive into each concept of the moon.

So,starting with the Full Moon as the most powerful one!

The full moon is an opportunity to release your old patterns and all that no longer serves us in life. So, if you are ovulating here, you might feel all that energy that comes along.

It is time to shake all that limiting beliefs and feel that energy rising up.

It is aligned with the summer season, the expansion and social interaction.

You might ask yourself where you want this fullness to come in your life?

After this period, we might start to feel a decrease of energy, inviting us to be more introspective.

Moving to the Waning Moon: Gibbous, Third Quarter & Waning Crescent, as the moon is changing and shrinking, we might feel more sensitive and reflective.

In this period you might not feel to be with too many people or in louder places as you are moving into the Luteal Phase. So, this can be the time to connect deeply with yourself through meditation and yoga in order to truly understand what we want in our lives and release what is not aligning with it.

This can be the starting point for our dreams, meeting with our true selves, our needs, collecting everything that will help us to blossom.

Because this is the phase when we can feel the energy around us as our level of sensibility rises, it is important to take some space to retreat and protect ourselves to honor this process to prepare for the “winter” season- our menstruation.

As your levels of estrogen decrease, we might feel extremely sensitive and open to truly speak from the heart. If this is difficult for you, try to dance with it. Our bodies always find a way to express what we are trully feeling.

When the New Moon comes we might want to disconnect from the outside world, thinking about what is working and what is not in order to prepare ourselves for a new beginning. So, as the sky suddenly becomes all black, we have a new starting point to begin life with a new purpose. And, as the moon starts to grow again, the energy rises up within. After the period of introspection we start to grow our purposes and evolve.

During the Waxing Moon: Waxing Crescent, First Quarter & Waxing Gibbous, we might feel motivated to move and sparkle the “fresh” energy around. So, if your cycle is perfectly aligned with it and you are moving through the follicular phase to ovulation, you might feel all this energy burning inside to be open to connect with others, to express yourself and to let the world know that you are out there, ready to be seen, until we come back again to the Full Moon again.

“We need to reflect, to grow and to fall in order to rise up again”

Feel free to share your experience and follow the next articles as we get deep into to this feminine wisdom :)

All the love,

Clara.
