Being a woman and being able to bleed for seven days without dying is such a POWERFUL thing!

Being this dynamic beautiful human being allows us to create the life that we want aligning with our dreams! Isn’t it amazing?

We complain all our lives and curse our periods because we feel ashamed, uncomfortable as if it is a burden: And if I said that this “burden” is the key to ruling your life? Men do not have it.

We have all that we need each month to be successful. So, if you are ready let’s begin this journey of wisdom together.

Engage your SUPER WOMAN phase:

Menstruation (1–7 days)

Canggu, Bali, Indonesia, 2022. “The garden paradise”.

It is the phase of hidden wisdom. It is the winter that invites us to come back home to ourselves and reflect. It is a period that we take indoors to rejuvenate.

Some women refer to this period as they gained weight are bloated. It is normal that we feel that way because the womb grows in order to create space for us to release.

This heaviness that we also might feel can be a call from our bodies to stay still and focus on being grounded- this is exactly what the New Moon asks us to do.

Being grounded will help us realize our emotional and physical needs in order to find ways to be.

Emotions that you Might Expect

Because our levels of estrogen decrease we might feel:

  • High sensibility associated with our low energy and increase of progesterone;
  • Necessity to have space and be alone in silence;
  • Necessity to receive love and affection;
  • Reflective and introspective.

Honoring this beautiful process by attending to our necessities, will help us embrace this period. Denying and rejecting it will just create a conflict inside.

Enjoy when everything starts to become slow. Find yourself that peace by nourishing your emotional needs.

This is the time to dedicate time to self-love and compassion but also to fully surrender to receive.

We might feel that we need a simple gentle touch on our skin or maybe in our hair and that nourishment keeps our heart full of love.

If you don’t have anyone, practice being caring with yourself or maybe ask a friend. Although our fear of it can come from our past experiences or from past generations. So, our menstrutation can also be a way to:

  • Release trauma;
  • Release Negative karma;
  • Release negative emotions;
  • Release pain from our ancestors;
  • Release pain from our mothers or past generations.
